What it is​

A chat assistant that answers only from these docs and cites the pages it used. It runs on a free OpenRouter model. When confidence is low, it prefills the ticket form with your question instead of guessing.

Assistant: Ask about costs, calculators, leads, or the dashboard. I answer from these docs and can prefill a ticket when I am unsure.

How grounding works​

  1. Your question is matched against the docs index (the same index behind search).
  2. The top pages are passed to the model as context.
  3. The answer cites slugs, e.g. Sources: /docs/calculators/how-they-work.
  4. Low confidence triggers the ticket prefill. The ticket carries the docs context so support sees what the bot read.

API endpoints (main app)​

The Docusaurus site is static. The live endpoints run in the main BuildX app:

  • POST https://buildx.pro/api/help/ask with {query} returns {answer, citations, lowConfidence}.
  • POST https://buildx.pro/api/help/tickets creates the ticket. See file a ticket.

Until those endpoints ship, the widget above shows the fallback: docs search plus the ticket form.
